This is an amazing location in State College, close to the highway that takes you to the stadium in just minutes, walking distance to Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel. Very close to Target, Wegmans, Kohl's, Trader Joe's, TJ Maxx, Panera Bread, Sheetz and many more!

With three bedrooms, three beds and two bathrooms there is plenty of room for the whole family. First-floor laundry and owner's bedroom allow for one-floor living. The master bed is located downstairs with a spacious walk-in closet and luxurious double french doors. The queen bed is very comfortable and features cozy non-feather bedding. There are extra blankets and pillows if they are needed. The master bathroom is located directly off the bedroom for privacy and ease of entrance.

Cozy up in the living room with a gas fireplace flanked with side windows, slider to deck, and a soaring ceiling. The comfortable couch is completely reclining as well as the matching reclining chair. The TV includes a full cable package including expanded sports options.

The kitchen offers brand new appliances with plenty of counter space, including an oversized island that includes accomodating bar stools. A Keurig coffeemaker is available with free coffee accessories, as well a tea kettle and tea bags. A microwave, garbage disposal, stovetop and oven, and refridgerator are all available for your use. You will find all the dishes, silverware, pans and storage containers that you will need. A great place to cook and meet for quiet talks!

A cozy 6-person dining room is set right off of the living area and is perfectly sized for intimate dinners surrounded by beautiful canvas prints. An overhead dimmer light with table top candles helps you create the perfect ambiance.

Let's move upstairs where you will find two bedrooms each with a double bed. There is a full bath upstairs and a dedicated workspace overlooking the family room below. If you need more desks, there are two small foldable, portable desks available which you will find stored under the beds. Extra pillows and blankets are available if needed.
